For your convenience we now offer online rental application download and fee payment. You'll find a suitable file format for download below. Your $30.00 non-refundable application fee can be securely paid via PayPal (pay with credit/debit card or your PayPal account) and you may submit your application by email or our online submission form once payment has been made.
VERY IMPORTANT! You must print your downloaded rental application and complete it on paper, making sure to fill required signature fields by hand. We cannot accept digital signatures at this time. Once completed, scan or photograph each page of the application and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org or use our online submission form here. Scans and/or photos must be clear and entirely legible! The rental application is 5 pages, so make sure you complete and submit every page. NOTE: Your application will not be processed until the application fee has been collected.
APPLICATION SUBMISSION VIA US MAIL: You can mail your completed application to Residence Group, Inc, 1821 Norman Bridge Road, Montgomery, Alabama, 36104. Don't forget to include a $30.00 check or money order made out to Residence Group, Inc to cover application costs. If you pay your application fee online, be sure to include a note with the payer’s name (if other than your own) along with your application so that we can verify payment.
AND, OF COURSE, YOU CAN ALWAYS DROP OFF YOUR APPLICATION AT OUR OFFICE.
